Lila Susan (Wilkerson) Kelly

Lila Susan Kelly passed away peacefully on May 29th, 2021.  She was preceded in death by her husband Alex Kelly; her mother Lila Wilkerson and her uncle, Grady Wilkerson.  She is survived by her father John Wilkerson; her daughter, Sarah Beth West and husband David West; her sister Stacy Barth and husband Dr. Gordon Barth; Grandchildren Stephen Gresham-Pickle, Shelby Gresham-Pickle, Daniel Johnston, Breanna Brandt and husband Jeff and Brittanie Wilson and husband Jared; Nephews John Barth and Colin Barth; Aunts Marie Van Norman and husband Ricky Van Norman and Donna Wilkerson; great grandchildren and a lifetime of the many other family, friends and neighbors who all knew her as “Mimi”; and beloved pets Bella and Chupie;

Before retiring, Mimi worked for years as a phlebotomist with Carter Blood Care. She loved her home , a good game of dominoes, enchilada Wednesday and the occasional vodka gimlet. Above all she loved her family. She will be missed by many.

Services will be held on Friday, June 4th at 10 o’clock in the morning at Mountain Valley Funeral Home in Joshua, Texas. Viewing will be held on Thursday, June 3rd from 5:30 to 7:30 in the evening.
