He is survived by his wife Dianna Lynn Kubacki;  stepsons Kent and wife Carrie Johnston, Ricky and wife Tina Johnston; Nephew, Matthew Goff we helped brother raise like our own; six grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren; Sister-in-law, Tonia and husband Rick Rodgers; Brother-in-laws, Darrell and wife Annette Goff and Travis and wife Connie Goff. He is also survived by many nephews and nieces and great nieces and nephews.

He has one living brother, Bernard (Bill) Kubacki of Fort Worth and two sisters, Phyllis (Sis) Barnes of Acton, Texas and Doris Moore of Vidalia Georgia.

Franks family moved from Pennsylvania to Texas when he was very young.  Frank tells a story about how his dad had to drive back for the rest of the kids because their car couldn’t haul all seven kids and him and Mary at once.

Frank was a proud Army Veteran and served in the Vietnam war in the late 60s.

Frank met Dianna in 1971 they hit it off right away and moved together in 1972.  They would have celebrated their 50th anniversary on April 5th of 2022.   They at least made it 49 ½ years before the cancer claimed his body.  God chose to take him very peacefully when his cancer began to metastasize quickly in his body.  Frank will be missed greatly by so many that loved him.

Friends and family have shared their relationship to show their support.
