Diane Jean Obituary

With profound sadness we announce the passing of Diane, our loving, devoted mother and friend to all whose lives she touched, on June 5, 2020. She was 66 years of age.

Born in Hixon, Tennessee to Bobby and Jennifer(Ayers) Gann, Diane's dry, quick-witted sense of humor, devotion to family and selflessness for those in need will be sorely missed.

Diane retired in 2019 after working nearly 40 years with Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. in Burleson, Texas. She enjoyed the many friendships that she formed over the years of her employment and remained close with many of her former Associates.

She is preceded in death by: Parents Bobby and Jennifer Gann, sister Donna (Gann) Doss and brother Brian Gann.

Diane is survived by her children: Sons Bill Jean of Alvarado, Steven Jean of Alvarado and daughter Brandi Jean of Alvarado. Brothers Michael Gann and Derek Gann of Alvarado. Sisters Connie Stewart (Roy Gammill) and Kimberly (Ron) Rayman of West Point, Mississippi. Grandchildren Holly K. Jean of Godley, Hayden Jean of Godley, Harrison Jean of Alvarado and Makenzee Jean of Alvarado. Diane also leaves behind many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews throughout Texas, Tennessee and Mississippi.

Diane's cremated remains will be returned to Tennessee, at a later date,  for her final resting place. At that time, a memorial will be held for family and friends able to make the journey.
