Charles Michael Pool

(Mike) Charles Michael Pool, age 61 of Burleson Texas, passed away on March 18th 2024 at his home of 35+years in Crowley Texas . He was born on May 11th 1962 in Ft.Worth to Charles Pool and Brenda Knight Pool.
Mike was a lifelong Texan. He lived in Crowley with his mother. He spent most of his youth on his grandparents farm on Oak Grove Road not knowing that just a couple miles away his future wife Paula lived right up the hill! She was best friends with his cousin Cindy Bean that years later introduced them!
When Mike was older he enjoyed playing the trombone in the Crowley Marching Band. There he met his life long friends Tim Harper, Doug Martin and Derek Spells.
After high school Mike, his cousin Jeff and friend Derek went to work for Mobil Oil. They went out to sea on the ship named "The Mobil Search". He spent several years loving his job.
After his return he met Paula and they were married in 1993. He started his business "ER Computing" repairing and building computers.
They grew their family and enjoyed trips with James, Carlie and Brandon.
Going places in Texas like Big Bend, the caverns of Texas and skiing in Colorado! Mike was referred to as "Clark Griswold"!
He also loved our anual 4th of July parties. Living out of the city limits definitely had it's advantages! They got bigger every year!
Mike was preceeded in death by his mother Brenda exactly 40 years to the day, his Grandmommy and his PaPaw Buck Knight, his father Charles Pool, his cousin Jeff Bean and two of his best friends Tim and Doug
He's survived by his wife Paula, son Brandon, son James Darnell, daughter Carlie and her husband Nathan Chron, brother Tony Bedford his wife Emily, sisters Dana and her husband Patrick Hayes, nephew Randy Bedford, niece Samantha Firebaugh, nephew Jacob Lane, sister Lori and husband Albert Valadez, nephew Jonathan, brother in law Gary Hood, wife Eva and niece Kristie and nephew Stuart. And many cousins.
