Alicia Daphne Mason

Alicia Daphne Mason was born on January 18th, 1945, in Culver City, California, she was the only child of Amy Wilburn (Jack) Carlock and Joanne Quay (Joan) Coleman. She was married to Sanford Jacob Mason Jr on July 20th, 1964, for 55 years.

Alicia spent her time as a homemaker, she also participated in school activities such as P.T.O cake maker and school play costume maker. She also was a seamstress, cub scout den mother, as well as being a mom to dozens of other kids in the neighborhood. She enjoyed cooking and traveling with dad, along with playing the steel guitar and having hundreds of music sheets for steel guitar music. She enjoyed ancestry work and researched both family trees all the way back to the 1500’s. She attended 3 of the churches of Christ in Burleson as a life member.

Alicia was preceded in death by her parents, and her husband.

She was survived by her 5 children. Sanford Jacob Mason III, Frank Wilburn Mason and wife Kathy, Gregory Scott Mason and wife April, Steven Joel Mason and wife Danette, and Suzanna Joyce Graham and husband Shawn.

Along with 10 grandchildren, 5 boys and 5 girls, and 4 great-grandchildren.

Paul bearers: Jack Taylor Mason, Walker Lewis Mason, Colton Scott Graham, and Logan Alex Mason.
