Ralph Leroy Parker, 82, passed away May 3, 2015, in Joshua. Memorial Service: 1:00 PM, Sunday, May 10, 2015, City Church in Joshua. Ralph was born August 17, 1932, in Erie, Pennsylvania to Donald and Maybell Parker. He proudly served his country in the US Army with 20 plus years. Ralph loved his church and is responsible for The Missionaries Program. He was very involved in God's work. Ralph enjoyed working with his hands. Survivors: wife, Shirley Parker; 9 children, Janice, Ramona, Ralph A., Robert, Debbie, Lynette, Paige, Deborah, Mechelle; 19 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren, extended family and friends. In lieu of flowers please make donations to Missionaries at City Church in Joshua.
