Joseph Charles Gillette passed away Saturday, October 16, 2021 at the age of 77.
Joe was born in Cloquet, Minnesota on November 29, 1943 to John and Elma (Isaacson)Gillette. He honorably served 3 years in the Army and retired from the United States Air Force. Joe enjoyed being outdoors fishing, walking his dog and listening to gospel music. He was a member of the Godley United Methodist Church.
Joe was preceded in death by his parents, sisters Maxine Maijala, Doralie Haapoja and twin brother Jon Gillette.
He is survived by his wife of 22 years Delores Gillette. Children, Michael Gillette, Kelly Fendrick, Anthony Gillette. Step-children Sheryl Thornhill and husband Steve, Lisa Cauthern and husband John, Steven Pewitt and wife Becky. 16 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
