Jerry Otis Smith

Jerry Otis Smith, 78 of Joshua passed away peacefully Monday morning Oct 17, 2022. He was born in Cleburne on Sept 18, 1944 to Otis and Olive Smith.

He was a member of Lane Prairie Baptist Church.

Jerry is survived by his wife, Ginny Dee Smith and sister Debra Davidson. He is also survived by stepson Eric McMurry of Crowley, and 2 daughters Traci Smith and Staci Garza of Missouri, and three grandsons, one granddaughter, and one great-grandson.

Jerry was preceded in death by his father and mother Otis and Olive Smith.

Jerry was owner-operator of Rainbow Country Store in Glen Rose. He was so proud to have served his country as a marine during the Vietnam War.
