Ernestine (Grant) Cregg

Ernestine Grant Cregg was born June 29th, 1930 in Avery, Texas.  She graduated from East Texas State University and married Donald Wayne Cregg in 1955.  She was a beloved mother of two sons, Wayne Neil Cregg born 1957 and Kenneth Don Cregg born 1960.  Commonly known as Tin, she was a lifelong teacher.  Ernestine was also a member of the Crestmont Baptist Church since 1968.   She passed away October 24th, 2021 at home.

Ernestine was preceded in death by her son, Kenneth Don Cregg, in 1979 and husband, Donald Wayne Cregg, in 1987.  She is survived by son, Wayne Cregg of Arlington, Texas and sister, Irvelyn Hardeman of Avery, Texas and numerous nieces and nephews.
