Donna Lynn Roop, 63, of Joshua, passed away peacefully in her sleep Saturday, August 11, 2018 at her home in Joshua, Texas. Funeral Services: 1 PM, Friday, August 17, 2018, Mountain Valley Funeral Home, Joshua, TX. Visitation: 6-8PM Thursday, August 16, 2018, Mountain Valley Funeral Home. Preceded in death by her parents, her husband Perry Roop, and daughter Katy Autum Roop. Donna was born May 6, 1955 in Detroit, Michigan to Robert and Lindel Holcomb. She loved spending time with her family and friends and having her grandchildren stay the night. Donna enjoyed shopping, gambling, watching her favorite tv shows, and Elvis. Survivors: daughter, Diana Savage and husband Leland Mullins; son, David Savage and wife Sarah; granddaughter, Maleah Savage; grandsons, Markus and Braylen Savage; brothers, Bobby Holcomb and wife Michelle, Steve Holcomb and wife Patty, and Bill Holcomb; sisters, Judy Wiegref and husband Doug, Nancy Holcomb and Ron Long, Jamie Sanders and husband Kenny, and Janet Holcomb; several nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, friends, and her dog Budders.
