In Loving Memory of Carolyn Brycia Eudy
September 14, 1945 - October 20, 2025
Carolyn Brycia Eudy, of Joshua, Texas, went home to be with her Lord and Savior on October 20, 2025. She is now reunited with her beloved husband and lifelong partner, Jimmy Eudy, who preceded her in death in 2020.
Born on September 14, 1945, in Stamford, Texas, Carolyn grew up in a house filled with love, laughter, and the joyful chaos of nine siblings. From those early days, she carried with her a deep sense of faith, warmth, and devotion that would shape every part of her life.
In Joshua, she and Jimmy built not just a home but a haven - a place filled with family, laughter, and love for more than 55 years. Carolyn loved tending to her yard, working in her garden, and adding her touch to every corner of the home they built together.
Carolyn and Jimmy raised four children, who, along with their families, were the center of her world. She was blessed with six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren, each of whom brought her immense joy. Above all else, Carolyn's greatest accomplishment was her family. She was a devoted mother, fiercely protective and endlessly loving, always ready to stand up for her children and celebrate their every success.
Those who knew Carolyn will remember her as a woman of unwavering faith, kindness, and genuine strength of character. She had a wonderful sense of humor and a gift for finding light and laughter even in life's chaos. Never afraid to speak her mind, she met each day with grace, honesty, and love - qualities that made her both deeply respected and deeply cherished by those around her.
Today, we celebrate Carolyn's beautiful life and rejoice that she has gone home to be with her Lord, her dear husband, and the loved ones who went before her. She leaves behind a legacy of love, faith, and family - one that will live on in the hearts of her children and all who were blessed to know.
